Dr. Rovzar, I want to share a recent experience that I had with one of your office personnel. As you know, the staff at the Reception Desk is always busy and many situations can become quite stressful. One of the staff, Tracy, took the time and the patience to work with me on an ongoing problem that I have been having with my prescription mail order company, CVS. Dear Dr Kale
In the world we live today with HMOs and specialists it's hard to find a doctor who really cares. A doctor who takes the time needed to solve your problem. I'm writing this letter to thank you Dr. Kale for your help with my CPAP Mask. It has made all the difference. Since my visit with you a few days ago I have slept through the night. The mask has kept Sealed and I am sure my CPAP is working now. It has been a very long time since I have slept this well. Not sleeping was taking away the quality of my life. Not only are you a very pleasant person you are a wonderful doctor.
I am sure this is not an unusual problem. Without the proper help people just give up and stop using their CPAP. I would like them to know that these problems can be corrected. With a different mask or proper adjustment. I am sure my health problems were partly caused by my apnea. The last few days that I have slept, I feel like a new person. Because of the HIPPA laws I know you could not show this to other patients without my permission. I give you my permission to show this letter to anybody. Doctor Kale I appreciate you. Thank You, MP
