Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine
Medicine is an exhilarating professional journey. It allows me to do something that I love deeply, while providing for my family. With the help of inspirational mentors, I have been given the tools to do a great job. Together with our care team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center, we have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients. My training in physiology and lung pathology has lead me to develop a deep interest in understanding the mechanisms of disease that result in pulmonary hypertension and interstitial lung disease (pulmonary fibrosis). Our practice has developed a unique expertise that offers programs in these two areas, providing our community exceptional care. It is an honor to be a part of a dynamic medical environment that strives to bring out the best medicine has to offer.

In the world we live today with HMOs and specialists it's hard to find a doctor who really cares. A doctor who takes the time needed to solve your problem. I'm writing this letter to thank you, Dr. Kale, for your help with my CPAP Mask. It has made all the difference. Since my visit with you a few days ago I have slept through the night. It has been a very long time since I have slept this well. Not sleeping was taking away the quality of my life. Not only are you a very pleasant person you are a wonderful doctor.
